About the Project

Farm to Eucharistic Table is a video featuring Father Thomas J. Coyle, the retired pastor of St. Francis of Assisi Parish in Jefferson, Wisconsin. The parish includes the two Catholic Churches in Jefferson, St. John the Baptist and St. Lawrence. Father shares with us memorable moments he experienced in discerning his vocation and during his ministry throughout his vocation.

The video features interview sessions with Sarah Schulz. It was shot and edited by George Sande, with assistance from Backflip video production company in Madison, WI. Rebecca Sande is the narrator and is credited with creating the narrative script. The video is 1 hour and 26 minutes in length. It “captures the Irish wit, wisdom and warmth that Fr. Tom’s parishioners were blessed to experience.”
